We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong UAE experience in the labour outsourcing/manpower industry.
🔹 Key Requirements
- UAE labour outsourcing experience is mandatory
- CA or ICWA completed
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
- Hands-on experience with outsourcing contracts and commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting and compliance
- Experience handling financial matters within a manpower/labour outsourcing business
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Indian candidates preferred for business/strategic requirements
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial operations for the outsourcing business
- Prepare financial statements, reports and management accounts
- Ensure accurate VAT and Corporate Tax compliance
- Review and manage financial aspects of labour outsourcing contracts
- Monitor receivables, payables, payroll-related accounting and cash flow
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations
